Sales Manager

 

Main duties:

 

  • Daily search and attraction of clients: architects, designers and potential customers;
  • Conducting work meetings and product presentations for potential clients;
  • Identification of the client’s needs, selection of materials and necessary equipment;
  • Calculation of the cost and estimate of the project;
  • Project management: from finding a client to installation works at a turnkey facility;
  • Visits to the facility and control of installation works;
  • Market analysis: products of manufacturing factories, fashionable design trends, interior projects of domestic architects and designers;
  • Daily reporting.

 

Candidate requirements:

 

  • Experience in selling furniture and/or interior items of the medium and premium segment;
  • Architectural or technical education;
  • Established business contacts with 10-15 actively working architects;
  • Knowledge of technical characteristics and unique advantages of products;
  • Knowledge of factories – manufacturers of furniture and doors;
  • Ability to negotiate: with clients, colleagues, contractors;
  • Age – up to 35 years.

SMM Manager

 

Main duties:

  • Development of the company’s promotion strategy in social networks: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube;
  • Development of a content plan for social networks: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube;
  • Selection and preparation of content for publications;
  • Copywriting of relevant texts for publications that will sell the company’s services and products;
  • Content filling and maintenance of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube pages;
  • Calculation of the budget for the promotion of company profiles in social networks;
  • Constant communication with customers in social networks: replies to messages, comments, etc.;
  • Making sales through social networks;
  • Conducting advertising campaigns in social networks (setting up an advertising cabinet, targeting CA, calculating the optimal budget for advertising);
  • Collection and analysis of audience statistical data, effectiveness of publications and advertising campaigns;
  • Constant study of new features and updates of social networks, as well as their implementation.

  • You understand the possibilities, features and limitations of social networks: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube;
  • Know and apply web analytics;
  • Have an analytical mindset;
